7 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF WHEN YOU WANT TO QUIT









If you are reading this article it means you surely need help. Stress is basically the reason for quitting. It's not only a job.it can be your relationship too. So how to deal with this type of stress on a daily basis and also how can we change this mental state of us.
A lot of people get angry easily and they blame circumstances for it one of this reason but I personally believe that work should be done on the unconscious mind with meditation strategies.
A lot of mental techniques can help you but not to be going in detail of these I directly come to the point.


Some Question that you can ask yourself are


1)Are you physically tired??

If the answer is Yes then you need to take a break from your daily routine. You can plan a trip or holiday with your family, friends to get these feelings away from you.

2)Do you feel little support??

Sometimes we are crowded with people who are less competent than us but just our basic school education which teaches us to behave well with everyone can tie us to these people. If it hurts you then you must avoid.

3)Have you been consumed and not taken proper care of yourself in the process??

Maybe the biggest reason for not your well-being.

4)Are you lacking abilities??

Abilities grow with time only. Its Universal law that you will be failing every time only then you will be learning. Don't criticize yourself a lot about this. Remember Knowledge comes to only those who believe I am just a beginner.

5)Have you come up with some difficulties that you are not prepared for??

Being a spiritual mentor I personally believe that problems can come within one second. You must be always prepared for them. Everyone has their problems you are not only one.

6)Do you need to just take a step before continuing on??

Ask yourself what do you really want to continue. Develop your own plan of how you will react to the situation. Here meditation, Yoga can help you. If your soul doesn't feel safe and still unhappy leave it. It doesn't suit you or you are made for something better.

7)Why you want to Quit??

Basically, there is some strong feeling behind that. You need to find out that feeling. Addressing feelings is a must. Find them and work on them. Help yourself because this Universe is always ready to help you. All you need to take one step for your well-being.One life one opportunity. You want to cry or you want to smile the decision is yours.
